Overview of the quotas window

Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.2.

The quotas window displays the quotas that have been defined for a specific survey task (for information on how to open the quotas window for a specific survey task, see opening the quotas window). You can use the quotas window to both define quotas and check on their progress. Quota questions, and the constituent quota items, are displayed in a hierarchical tree. You can collapse a question, or the entire tree, by clicking the - icon next to the question or tree. Conversely, clicking the + icon next to a question or tree, expands the item.

There are three main tabs in the quotas view:

The general tab provides an overview of the quotas for the survey, and allows you to create and edit quota targets.
The capi tab shows details of the agents that are in CAPI groups linked to the survey. Each agent can have their own quota assigned for CAPI interviews.
The web tab shows quota progress from web interviews, which can be broken down by web broker (sample provider), so you can see survey completion by broker.
