CAPI tab

Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.2.

The Capi tab shows details of the agents that are in CAPI groups linked to the survey. Each agent can have their own quota assigned for CAPI interviews.

Note: If you want to specify quotas by agent, you must specify targets by agent in the main Quota node (i.e. the first row). Otherwise, the quotas will be considered as quotas by survey.

Note: when a CAPI agent synchronises his or her interviews and quota with the server, it is possible that over-quota may occur, because CAPI quota are not allocated from the main quota tree.
