Web tab
Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.2.
The web tab shows quota progress from web interviews, which can be broken down by web broker (sample provider), so you can set quotas by broker and view quota progress for each broker. Each agent can have their own quota assigned for web interviews. You can add an agent to a web quota by clicking web brokers in the ribbon; the web brokers window appears (see web brokers window for details).
Note: the numbers in the web tab are for information only. Web quotas are not allocated from the main quota tree.
Once you have added an agent using the web brokers window, a column is displayed in the web tab, showing the details for this agent. If you hold the mouse pointer over a row, a pencil icon appears:
If you click this icon, the allocate quota pop-up appears. In this dialog, you can enter minimum and maximum quota targets for that row and that agent. You can click the up and down arrows to move between the lines in the quota window (and thereby view and set the targets for each row for this agent):
