Viewing quota progress

In the general tab of the quotas window, a progress bar is displayed in the progress column for each question, allowing you to quickly see how full that quota is (expressed as a percentage).

• The minimum target is shown as a fixed-length bar with a black border around it;
• The maximum target is shown as a relative bar with a transparent border (for example, if the minimum target is 10 and the maximum is 35, the maximum bar will be 3.5 times as large as the bar showing the minimum target.

• Progress towards the quota is shown by the bar filling (indicating the percentage complete):

  • completed records are shown in green;
  • currently running interviews, are shown in blue;
  • pending appointments are shown in red.

If you hover the mouse pointer over the progress bar, a tooltip appears showing information about the quota progress (the target, the number of completed records, the number running, the number of appointments and the number still to do). 

The other columns show progress towards each quota target. For example, the completed column indicates how many interviews have been completed towards each quota target, while the to do column indicates how many records still need to be collected to reach the minimum target for the quota.
