About AskiaField
AskiaField allows you to administrate CATI, CAWI, CAPI and multi-mode surveys, and to manage call centres, agents (interviewing personnel), sample lists and quotas. Some examples of applications include:
- CATI surveys, where agents are collecting data from interviewees via outbound calls
- CAWI (Web) surveys, where respondents connect to a web server
- CAPI surveys, where interviewers use mobile devices to conduct interviews
- Interactive Voice Response surveys, where a script specifies the appropriate routings for each incoming call
- CATI surveys using inbound groups, where agents handle interviews from interviewees who are calling in to the call centre
- Project tasks, which handle a variety of incoming query types, like phone calls, emails or faxes. Phone calls can be handled either by live agents or an automated voice server
- CRM tasks: projects which are geared towards providing customer services, such as query or technical support lines. Various types of incoming queries can be handled, including phone calls, e-mails and faxes
