The user interface comprises several windows, one for each area of functionality (agents, tasks, contact lists, etc.). You can display the windows you want to use, arrange them in an orderly way, and hide the windows you don't need. The name of the currently active window is displayed in the program's title bar, at the top of the screen (e.g. Groups or Tasks).
At the top of the screen, you will find the ribbon. This contains the various commands that allow you to control askiafield. It is arranged into four tabs (view, create, extra and lists):

To select the windows you want to display in the user interface:
In the ribbon, click view, and then click the names of any windows you want to open (agents, tasks, contact lists, groups, reports, restrictions, messages, skills, locations, web rooms, SLAs, email boxes, inbound numbers, projects or routes):

To close a window, click the close button in its top right-hand corner:

You can move the open windows by dragging and dropping them, and you can resize them manually.
view tab of the ribbon.view in the ribbon, then tile horizontally or tile vertically. The windows will be displayed adjacently to each other, with the screen area divided equally between them.The contents of the windows cannot be modified, except for the calls window. Here, you can specify which columns you want to appear, and in which order.
