Layout of the calls window

You can select the columns you want to display in the calls window, and put them in your preferred order.

To select the visible columns in the calls window:

1. Click the calls window to make it the active window.

2. In the options menu, click select columns....

3. To add a column, check (select) the box for the column.

4. To hide a column, ensure its box is cleared (de-selected).

5. The order of columns in the list (top to bottom) determines the order they will appear in the calls window (left to right). To move a column up or down in the list, select it then click the corresponding arrow:

6. Click OK to apply your changes.
