In AskiaEntry's screens mode, you can navigate through the survey as follows:
Hit the ENTER key to move on to the next interviewing screen.
On a closed question, you can select a response by typing its response number. On a single-response question, this also moves you on to the next question.
In a multiple-response closed question, either use the mouse to select the appropriate responses, or type the response numbers.
When you reach the end of the questionnaire, you are asked whether you want to start a new interview. Click yes to begin a new interview.
Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to navigate through the questionnaire, as follows:

Display information about the telephone number that has been called (CATI interviewing environment only). Among the information displayed is the phone number, the number of calls made to this number, the last call made to the number, and the appointment time. |

Allows the interviewer to make an appointment to resume the interview at a later date (CATI interviewing environment only). This is useful when the respondent is unable to continue the interview at this point in time, but is willing to complete it at a later date. The agent should agree a date and time with the respondent for the interview to resume, and enter the details here. The agent can also optionally set an importance level (from low to high) for the appointment. If there is any other information the agent needs to record about the appointment, he or she can record it in the note box. |

Allows the interviewer to transfer the call to another interviewer (CATI interviewing environment only). This is useful if the interview cannot continue due to technical problems. The interview data is transferred back to the server even though the interview is not completed. This allows the administrator to save the interview and pick it up from where it was left off. The administrator must select a free agent to receive the questionnaire. When that agent next initiates another call, the interview will be resumed. |
