The agent tab of the restriction properties window allows you to control which agent-level features will be available to users who are granted the restriction pattern you are editing or creating. It contains four sub-tabs:
See also:
Allow agents to change outbound group: Permit agents to choose the outbound group they wish to work in when they log in.
Allow all: If you select this, all outbound groups are available to agents with this restriction pattern, and you cannot de-select individual groups in the list below.
Allow "No outbound group": If selected, an agent can assign him/herself to a default "none" group, thereby removing him/herself from outbound duty. If this option is not selected, agents may not do this.
Outbound groups: Select the groups that you wish to make available to agents with this restriction pattern (in other words, agents with this pattern will be able to choose any of the selected groups). Note that you can only specify groups in this list if allow agents to change outbound group is selected and allow all is not selected.
Allow Internal calls: Permit agents to make internal calls (i.e. calls to other locations of the call center).
Allow External calls: Permit agents to make external calls (i.e. calls outside of the call center).
Allow send message: Permit agents to send text-based messages to their supervisors within the askiafield system.
