Filter view dialog

The filter view dialog allows you to customise what is displayed in the alarms, calls, messages, and recordings windows. The options affect the particular window you are viewing. The filter view dialog is available only when viewing the above windows.

To open the filter view dialog, ensure one of the above windows is selected, then open the view tab of the ribbon and select filter view.

The window contains the following options:

• Limit view: If this is selected, the current window will display only the items allowed by the filter defined in the filter view dialog. If it is not selected, the current window will display all items.
• Show only: Select top or bottom, then enter the number of items you want to display. For example, to display the 10 most recent items, select top and 10. To select the 50 oldest items, select bottom and 50.
