The recordings window displays the most recent audio recordings which have been made by CCA. The number of recordings displayed can be set in the filter view dialog.
The fields are as follows (note that you can right-click in the column headings to select which columns are visible):
Call ID: The unique identification number the system has assigned to the recording.
Agent: The name of the agent whose call was recorded. If no agent was logged in at the location that was recorded, this field is blank.
File path: The path to the recording's *.vox file.
Group: The name of the Outbound or Inbound group in which the recorded agent was working when the call was recorded.
DID: The number the recorded respondent had dialed.
Date time: The date and time of the recording.
The context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:
Play: Listen to the selected recorded *.vox file.
