To add a new web room, right-click and select new. To edit one, right-click it in the web rooms window and select properties. The following window appears:

Name: The web room's name.
Description: A description of the web room.
Subject: The web room's subject.
Route: The web room's Chat route
Task: The web room's Chat task
Priority: Enter the priority level to be assigned to activity in this web room. Priority levels range from 1 (highest priority) to 99 (lowest priority).
Max. overflow depth: Specifies the maximum number of times the system may route any given incoming "call" to this room. The value can be from 0 to 99. By setting a finite limit, you can avoid a caller being re-routed indefinitely.
Skills: The web room's Chat skills
Weight: The importance of a skill in relation to other skills, from 0 to 100. Weights are applied when trying to qualify the most skilled agent based on two or more necessary skills.
Minimum: The minimum skill value needed of an agent for him/her to qualify for this call me request (from 0 to 100).
Route: The web room's Call Me route.
Task: The web room's Call Me task.
Priority: The priority level of the call me requests received on this call me definition. Priority levels range from 1 (highest priority) to 99 (lowest priority) and are used by the system to calculate the queue order.
Max. overflow depth: The maximum number of times the system may re-route a call me request coming in on this web room, thus avoiding a call me being re-routed indefinitely. When this number of re-routes is reached, the call me request is returned.
Skills: The web room's Call Me skills.
Weight: The importance of a skill in relation to other skills, from 0 to 100. Weights are applied when trying to qualify the most skilled agent based on two or more necessary skills.
Minimum: The minimum skill value needed of an agent for him/her to qualify for this call me request (from 0 to 100).
