Web Rooms

The web rooms window displays all existing web rooms currently managed by CCA.

The fields are as follows (note that you can right-click in the column headings to select which columns are visible):

• ID: The unique ID number of the web room.

• Name: The name of the web room.

• Subject: The web room's subject.

• Route Chat: The web room's Chat route.

• Task Chat: The web room's Chat task.

• Route Call Me: The web room's Call Me route.

• Task Call Me: The web room's Call Me task.

The web rooms tab of the ribbon (available when the web rooms window is active), contains the following commands:

Icon	Name	Function
	Properties	View or edit the properties of the selected route.
	Duplicate	Create a copy of the selected route. This is given the same name as the selected item, but with "- Copy" appended to the name.
	Delete	Delete the selected route.
	Run Report	Run one of CCA's Crystal Report statistics. In the sub-menu, select the specific report you wish to run for this web room. Depending on the report type, you may be prompted to specify information, such as a date or group name. When the report has finished running, it appears in the Crystal Reports viewer.
	Chat Route	View the selected web room's Chat route.
	Call Me Route	View the selected web room's Call Me route.

The context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:

• New: Add a new web room.

• Delete: Delete the selected web room.

• Chat route overview: View the selected web room's Chat route.

• Call Me route overview: View the selected web room's Call Me route.

• Properties: View the selected web room's properties.
