Adding or editing a script task

Note: script task files (.SCC files) are not created in CCA, but in CTDesign.exe and linked to CCA.

To add a new script task (used for IVR surveys), right-click in the tasks window and select new VBScript or new CTScript as appropriate. Alternatively, you can drag and drop a .scc file into the tasks window.
To edit an existing task, locate it in the lists window, then right-click it and select properties.
