Callback tab (script task properties)

This tab enables you to specify the number of attempts, and the time interval between attempts, according to each call result exit code. On the other hand, using the Max total calls feature, you can specify the total maximum number of calls made for each specific address.

If you select Use as default, the specified callback settings will be used in every future script task you add to the CCA.

Note: CCA enables you to customize call result exit codes to your company's standard terms and shorthand references. Furthermore, you can also refine call result exit codes by defining call result exit codes by defining sub-codes for each call result exit code.
