This tab enables you to specify the number of attempts, and the time interval between attempts, according to each call result exit code. On the other hand, using the Max total calls feature, you can specify the total maximum number of calls made for each specific address.
If you select Use as default, the specified callback settings will be used in every future script task you add to the CCA.
The following fields are available:
Attempts: The number of times the system will try to reach the addressee.
Time between attempts: If you have specified more than one attempt, this field specifies the time period (in days, hours and minutes) that should elapse between any two attempts in the column time between attempts.
