Allowing completed CAWI interviews to be restarted

From version 5.4.5, you can mark a completed interview as incomplete, and thus allow it to be restarted in Web mode using the survey start link.

Note: marking an interview as incomplete means it will not be counted towards quota completion.

To mark the interview as incomplete:

  1. In the tasks window of the supervisor module, locate the survey task.
  2. Right-click the task and click modify interview.... Fast Entry mode starts, allowing you to modify the interview's data.
  3. Clear (de-select) the completed box:
