Viewing outstanding appointments

Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.2.

Note: If survey data is anonymised, then quota appointments are disabled.

If you hover the mouse pointer over the appointments column, the following information is shown for the quota whose row the mouse pointer is over:

Appointments in quota: indicates the number of appointments that have been made for this quota.
Total number of appointments: The total number of appointments that have been made for the survey to which this quota applies. Note that the task property only include an appointment in quota when importance >= (found on the appointments tab of the task properties) determines which appointments are included in the quota, based on the importance level of each appointment (appointment importance can be specified by the agent at the time the appointment is made and subsequently edited in supervisor).
