Use this function to monitor the survey task's progress during fieldwork. The following widow appears:
The quotas tab gives you access to the following information:
Question: The name of the quota cell's question variable.
Response: The name of the quota cell.
Priority: The quota cell's priority level.
Behaviour: The quota cell's behavior mode. Note: you can amend the behavior mode of a quota cell directly from this window. Simply double click on its mode and select another one.
Target counts: Each quota cell's target count.
Target %: Each quota cell's target percentage according to the survey task's global target sample size.
Observed counts: The number of addresses which have been achieved for the quota cell.
Observed %: The percentage of addresses which have been achieved for the quota cell according to the total number of addresses which have achieved one of the quota cells.
Completed: The number of addresses which fulfill the quota cell and which have led to successful interviews.
App.: The number of addresses which fulfill the quota cell and for which an appointment is scheduled.
The quotas tab context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:
Change Priority: Sets the quota cell's priority level.
Change Behaviour: Sets the quota cell's behavior mode.
Copy: Copy the selected item to the clipboard.
Copy All: Copy all items in the list to the clipboard.
Print: Prints the contents of the quotas tab.
Show Appointments: Opens the appointments window for the selected quota cell.
