Use this function to monitor and administrate appointments which have been scheduled by Agents for a specific Task. To do so, in the tasks window, select the appropriate task and then click appointments in the tasks tab of the ribbon. The following window appears:

You can display the details of an appointment by right-clicking and selecting edit (or by double-clicking it), and you can drag an appointment from one agent column to another, or from one time slot to another.
Use the calendar to specify a date for which you wish to view appointments:

Select the month and year as follows:
click
to move to the previous month;
click
to move to the next month.
or
Click the selected month and select another month from the list that appears;
Click the selected year and select another year with the scroll up/down button
.
Finally, simply click a day in the current month to select it.
The context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:
Edit: Edit the selected appointment. Alternatively, you can double-click an appointment to open its properties.
Refresh: Updates the display of appointments for this Task with data from the latest interviews.
See appointments on...: Allows you to quickly navigate to days for which appointments are defined.
Export to ASCII...: Export details of the appointment to an ASCII file. You will be asked to nominate a path and file name.
