The history view provides a global view of previously coded interviews. It is reached by clicking history view in the coding view menu. This window displays overview of the work done, and allows you to revert to an earlier state of the coding for an open answer, or to change the open answer text.

You can click on any column header to sort the grid by the values in that column.
The following controls are available:
Group by coding session: Allows you to group data in the grid according to the coding session in which they were carried out. This allows you to view all changes made in a particular session. This grouping can be made in any combination with the other "group by" options.
Group by agent: Allows you to group data in the grid according to the agent who made them. This allows you to view all changes made by a particular agent. This grouping can be made in any combination with the other "group by" options.
Group by interview: Allows you to group data in the grid according to the interview in which they were made. This grouping can be made in any combination with the other "group by" options.
Group by open answer: Allows you to group data in the grid according to a particular open answer. This allows you to view all changes made to a specific open answer. This grouping can be made in any combination with the other "group by" options.
Revert: Clicking this button undoes any changes made to the selected rows in the grid. It returns the interviews to the state they were originally in before the changes were applied.
