When searching a sample list for one or more numbers, you can search on the following fields. Note that a search can be based on two or more fields simultaneously (e.g. contact state - failed and contact mode - telephony).
Sample List: Search within a specific sample list, or all lists. Note that if you opened find/edit contact by right-clicking a sample list, this field is not available, as you will be searching within that list.
Contact state: The type of numbers you want to search for, based on whether they have been contacted:
Unused: No attempt has yet been made to contact the individual.
In Use: The individual is currently being contacted (i.e. an interview is in progress).
Success: The individual has been successfully contacted in the past
Failed: An unsuccessful attempt has been made to contact the individual.
Quotas closed: The individual cannot be contacted because any quota he/she might fall into has no further availability.
In call: The individual is currently being called, so cannot be assigned to an agent;
Blocked: The individual's priority has been set to 0 (manual), so he/she cannot be contacted unless you change the priority.
Contact mode: The contact modes permitted for this individual (free - i.e. any, telephony or web).
Phone number: CCA's system field containing the phone numbers to be dialed for each address.
Email address: CCA's system field containing the email address for each address.
External unique ID: A unique ID, taken from a special field in the external data (or in the case of a standard sample list, the value of the field AskInterview). This is a mandatory field when the list if created from an external data source.
Survey interviewID: The field Cle1 from questionnaire. When an appointment is taken for a contact, data are stored in the questionnaire. CCA records the Cle1 number into the SurveyinterviewID field in order to retrieve the previous data when the appointment is called back.
Last web result: The outcome of the last web interviewing session (e.g. success, quota reached).
Last web response: The time and date on which the last web interview took place.
Last call: The outcome of the last call attempt (e.g. no tone, success, wrong address, refused).
Last call time: The time and date on which the last call took place.
Last call shift: The shift number during which the last call attempt was made.
Last call result: CCA's field containing the addresses' last call result exit code.
Call count: CCA's system field containing the total number of calls which have been made for each address.
List priority: CCA's system field containing each address's priority rating. By default, every address is assigned a priority rating of 1.
Do-not-call list: The telephone numbers in common between the sample list and any "do not call" list that is in use.
Do-not-mail list: The email addresses in common between the sample list and any "do not mail" list that is in use.
Appointment Message: CCA's system field containing the notes taken by agents when making appointments.
Appointment Importance: Importance level of the last appointment, as assigned by the agent when he/she made the appointment. This is a value from 0 to 5, with 5 being the highest. Appointments above a certain importance threshold can be called back despite quotas that would normally dictate otherwise.
Appointment Agent: The agent who took the last appointment.
Appointment for Agent Only: Indicates if the last appointment is only for the agent who made the appointment. This value is true if the agent, when making the appointment, selected the option appointment should return to me only.
Acknowledgement Message: A message that is in use when the option authorises agents to specify a message before calling back is set in the appointments tab of the task properties.
Contact ID: A unique identifier for contacts.
Interview filtered: Returns yes when the option don't load interviews started before is selected (in the general tab of the task properties); otherwise, it returns no.
Other fields specific to the sample list: All other fields specific to each sample list.
