To set global alarm levels for IVR Projects:
In the extra tab of the ribbon, select alarms.
Click the CTArchitect tab.
Set the alarm properties, as described below.
The available properties are as follows:
Unread E-Mail time exceeds (in hours): The alarm will be triggered when an email is unread for the stated number of hours.
Incoming DID not supported: The alarm will be triggered when a number is received from the carrier (e.g. British Telecom) which is not defined as an incoming number.
No route found: The alarm will be triggered when CTArchitect s asked to route to a non-existing route from IVR.
No group found: The alarm will be triggered when CTArchitect is asked to route to a non-existing inbound group.
Problems on ISDN: The alarm will be triggered when CTArchitect has detected an alarm on on a PRA (30 lines of ISDN).
Low free disk space: The alarm will be triggered when CTArchitect has detected low disc space on the PC.
Alarm from IVR: The alarm will be triggered when a custom alarm is sent from IVR.
Maximum incoming calls for DID reached: The alarm will be triggered when the maximum number of incoming calls from this incoming number was reached.
Calls blocked because of blacklist: The alarm will be triggered when a call was blocked because it is defined in the blacklist.
