Inbound BlackList

Use this function to define one or more numbers that you want to blacklist. Blacklisted numbers may not dial in to the call center (in other words, they are blocked from use in Inbound projects).

To do so, in the extra tab of the ribbon, click inbound blacklist. The following window appears:

Double click in the DID column, and type the telephone number you want to blacklist. Double-click under CLI to define which agents are to be prevented from dialing the number: to block a specific agent, enter their number here. Otherwise, enter an asterisk (*) to block all agents from calling the number. If you wish, you can also double-click in the description column and enter a description of the blacklisted number.

Note: This is a global list. Therefore, once a number has been blacklisted, no Agent will be able to dial and/or receive a call to/from the listed number(s).
