Quota management for CAPI surveys

You can manually enter custom quotas for your CAPI surveys.

Note: Once you have allocated agents to a CAPI Group and assigned this group to work on a specific survey, any quotas will automatically be divided equally among these agents, but you can override this in your custom quotas by entering specific targets for individual agents.

To define custom quotas for a CAPI survey:

  1. In the tasks window, right-click the task.
  2. Select allocate quotas. The allocate quotas window appears.
  3. In the grid, manually enter quotas for each agent.
  4. Click OK to apply your new quotas.

You can manually assign or view quotas for each agent. Whenever these quotas are changed, the updated quota values will be downloaded by the agents when they next connect to CCA.
