To enable CAPI interviewing, we need to create a new group of agents that we will call a CAPI Group. A CAPI Group may contain any type of agents. It may be associated with only one survey, so you will need to create a CAPI Group for each CAPI survey you wish to run. Note, however, that each agent can be assigned to any number of CAPI groups.
In the properties of a CAPI Group, the general tab allows you to enter a name and description for the group, and allows you to assign the group to a specific survey task:

send message command in the options menu.Askiafield records CAPI statistics, including the details of connections made to the server (e.g. connection times), the number of bytes transferred, and the overall success of the transfer. It maintains a stats table containing details of the interviews transferred from each agent. It also records statistics about any incomplete interviews, allowing this to be reviewed in the reporting tools.
