AskiaField Reports

AskiaField contains several pre-defined reports that you can use to monitor various aspects of your call centre. To view the list of available reports, check the reports window (if it is not visible, in the view tab of the ribbon, click reports).

Note: you can also use external reporting services in CCA; if these are set up, all reports use the external service, and not the reports system within CCA. For details, see external reporting services.
