This tab of the task properties dialog allows you to configure the project for use with a WebProd connection.
In the connections list, the context (right-click) menu provides the following commands:
Add this survey: Uploads the survey to the selected WebProd connection. Note that the survey is not actually online until you use the set online command.
Remove this survey: Removes the survey from the selected WebProd connection.
Set online: Sets the survey online, on the selected WebProd connection. You will need to upload the survey first, if you have not already done so, by using the add this survey command.
Set offline: Takes the survey offline. The survey remains on the WebProd connection, so can be easily set online again if required.
Start survey: Starts an interview; the data entered will be saved.
Test survey: Starts an interview; the data entered will not be saved, allowing you to test the questionnaire.
Copy test link: copies the survey test link, which can be used to start an interview; the data entered will not be saved, allowing you to test the questionnaire.
Copy "StartSurvey" link: copies the survey start link, which can be used to create a survey start URL, particularly for test runs. You can then paste the link into a document, such as an email to an external panel provider. Copy "DoExternalPanel" link: copies the relevant text for the DoExternalPanel parameter to the clipboard, so that it can be pasted into a document, such as an email to an external panel provider. This parameter can be used to create a survey URL in conjunction with an external panel provider.
