The web connections window displays all the respondents currently taking part in surveys on the WebProd servers to which CCA is connected.

The window's fields (columns) describe the following:
WebProd: Indicates the name of the WebProd server on which the respondent is taking part in the survey.
Number of instances: Indicates the number of instances currently running of this WebProd server.
Start: Indicates the time at which the respondent started the survey.
Duration: Indicates the total amount of time for which the respondent has been taking part in the survey during his/her current session.
Last update: Indicates the elapsed time since the server was last updated.
Active: The number of current active sessions (interviews).
Max active: The maximum number of simultaneous connections to the server.
Survey: The name of the survey the respondent is taking part in.
% done: The respondent's percentage progress through the survey.
Question: The name of the question the respondent is currently answering.
The context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:
View log file: Opens the AxiaExtErrorLog file in a text editor program on your computer.
Disconnect the web connection: Disconnects all sockets between Cca and AskiaExt's belonging to this web farm.
Surveys...: View the surveys associated with this web connection. This is identical to double-clicking the web connection. The web connection management dialog appears.
By double-clicking a web connection in the list (or right-clicking it and selecting surveys...), you can control the status of the connections' surveys. When you do so, the web connection management dialog appears. This displays each survey currently installed on that web connection.
The context (right-click) menu in the web connection management dialog allows you to do the following:
Remove: Removes the survey from the selected WebProd connection.
Set online: Sets the survey online, on the selected WebProd connection.
Set offline: Takes the survey offline. The survey remains on the WebProd connection, so can be easily set online again if required.
Start survey: Starts a full interview; the data entered will be saved.
Test survey: Starts an interview; the data entered will not be saved, allowing you to test the questionnaire.
Copy "StartSurvey" link: copies the URL for starting the survey to the clipboard, so that you can paste it into other documents (e.g. an invitation email).
Copy "DoExternalPanel" link: copies the URL for starting the survey in conjunction with an external panel to the clipboard.
