Setting the Supervisor Location

Use this function to define the Supervisor location, which determines on which PC you can perform the following actions:

• listen in on ongoing calls

• listen to recorded calls

To set the supervisor's location:

1. In the extra tab of the ribbon, select supervisor location.

2. Select the location you want to define as supervisor location.

3. Click OK.
