Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.)

Use this function to monitor the Service Level Agreements that have been defined for CCA's inbound duties. SLAs are created/added via SQL Server. From CCA's SLA window you can load SLAs which have been previously stored on the SQL Server.

Note: you can download a basic SLA script from the AUA at www.askia.com.

The SLA window displays graphic illustrations of the SLA scripts loaded into CCA.

The SLA tab of the ribbon (available when the SLA window is active), contains the following commands:

Icon	Name	Function
	Properties	View or edit the properties of the selected SLA.
	Duplicate	Create a copy of the selected SLA. This is given the same name as the selected item, but with "- Copy" appended to the name.
	Delete	Delete the selected SLA.

The window's context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:

New: Load a new SLA script into CCA.
Delete: Delete a SLA.
Properties: View a graphical illustration of the selected SLA.
