A route is the path taken by a call received on an inbound number or an e-mail box. The routes window displays all existing routes currently managed by CCA.
The fields are as follows (note that you can right-click in the column headings to select which columns are visible):
ID: The unique ID number of the route.
Name: The route's name.
Type: The route's type. Routes can go to any one of the following destinations: a location, an inbound group, an agent, an external number, or a project.
Target: The route's destination. This will be the name of an agent, location or project.
The routes tab of the ribbon (available when the routes window is active), contains the following commands:

Create a copy of the selected route. This is given the same name as the selected item, but with "- Copy" appended to the name. |

Run Report |
Run one of CCA's Crystal Report statistics. In the sub-menu, select the specific report you wish to run for this route. Depending on the report type, you may be prompted to specify information, such as a date or group name. When the report has finished running, it appears in the Crystal Reports viewer. |
The context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:
New: Add a new route.
Delete: Delete the selected route.
Properties: View or edit the selected route's properties.
