Viewing quota availability

Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.2.

If you hover the mouse pointer over the availability column, you will see an information icon:

If you click this icon, a floating window appears showing the call result codes for all calls (note that sub result codes are not shown). The columns are as follows:

Available now: Contacts that are available at this very moment.
Available later: Contacts that will become available in the near future.
Over callback: Contacts that are over the callback threshold and will not be called (unless the callback options are changed).
