Managing quota priorities

Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.0.

Note: this feature works best for importation questions (questions that import information from a sample list).

In the priority column, you can set the quota as follows:

First: This target is the very highest priority. The system will try to reach this target first. On an import question, contacts with this answer will be called, and others won't be called, until the target is reached or there are no more contacts available for that answer.
High: The system will give a high priority to this target. On import questions, contacts with this answer will have a higher chance to be called.
Normal: The default priority level. The system will try to complete the quota tree in a balanced manner.
Low: The system will give a lower priority to this target. On import questions, contacts with this answer will have a lower chance to be called.
Blocked: Contacts with this answer will not be called.

Note: You can select multiple priority values (these can be from different questions), and change the priority for all of the selected answers.
