Availability tab
Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.2.

The availability tab shows a global overview of the available number of contacts for each call result (each call result code is shown in a separate column), and for each sample list. If you hover the mouse pointer over the available column, you will see an information icon:

You can click this to reveal a pop-up window which shows the sample availability for that quota cell, broken down by call result. There is a second information icon in this dialog at the end of each row. By clicking this, you can view the sample availability for each sample list, for that particular call result:
