Adding a quota question
Note: The new quotas window, described in this topic, is available from CCA/Supervisor version 5.4.0.
To add a quota question:
- Ensure you are viewing the
general tab of the quotas window.
- If you want your new quota question to be independent of any other quota questions, ensure that no quota questions are selected in the quota tree. If you want it to be interlocked with the an existing quota question (see combining quotas), then select that quota question in the quota tree.
- In the ribbon, click the
quota tab, if it is not already active.
- In the ribbon, click
add question. The question selection dialog appears.
- Select the question you want to add as a quota.
- Click
OK. The quota appears in the quota tree.
- For each row of the quota, enter the desired values in the
min. target and max. target columns.
Note: quotas (or indeed the entire quota tree) can be copied and then pasted into an external program, such as Excel, Word or Notepad. You can paste quotas (but not an entire quota tree) back into the quotas window. To do so, select the quotas and then use the copy and paste commands in the context (right-click) menu.
Note that only target values and percentages (minimum and maximum targets) can be pasted. Also note that no checks are performed to verify that the pasted values are connected to any answers.
