The queue occupation window displays a graphical illustration and statistics on the current status of all inbound groups' agents presently logged in, and the inbound queue occupation managed by CCA.
The context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:
Visualisation: Change the visual display type. The following options are available:
Bar: display the queue occupation as bars.
Pie: display the queue occupation as pies.
Stacked bar: display the queue occupation as stacked bars. This is the default visual display.
3D bar: display the queue occupation as 3D bars.
3D pie: display the queue occupation as 3D pies.
Counts: Causes the chart to display information as counts.
Occupation: Causes the chart to display information as percentages.
Print: Print the graphical illustration.
Print preview: View a preview of how the graphical illustration will be when printed.
Refresh: Refresh the queue display.
