Instant messaging 

AskiaVoice enables the CCA Administrator, Supervisors and Agents to communicate via Instant Messaging, regardless of their actual physical locations. Furthermore, both the Administrator and Supervisor can send a message to one, several or all Agents at the same time.

It is possible to build a library of predefined messages so that frequently-used messages do not need to be created from scratch each time they are sent.

To send a message, in the In the extra tab of the ribbon, select send message. The following window appears:

Select the recipient Agents listed in the left-hand frame. Type the message you wish to send in the message box (click dropdown to select a predefined message from the message library; if you modify this message, the library message is not changed).

To attach a file to your message, click send_message_window_add_attachment and select the file. Repeat this procedure to add further attachments. To remove an attached file, select the file in the list and click send_message_window_delete_attachment. The attachments on a message can total up to 10MB in size.

To send the message, click OK.
