When searching for calls, you can search on the following fields. Note that a search can be based on two or more fields simultaneously (e.g. duration and result code).
Call ID: Search for calls with a specific call ID, or those with IDs above or below a specific number.
Time: Search for calls after a specific date and time.
Duration: Search for calls with a specific duration, or above or below a specific duration.
Scenario time: Search for calls with a specific scenario time, or above or below a specific scenario time.
Queue time: Search for calls with a specific queue time, or above or below a specific queue time.
Ringing time: Search for calls with a specific ringing time, or above or below a specific ringing time.
Speaking time: Search for calls with a specific speaking time, or above or below a specific speaking time.
Clerical time: Search for calls with a specific clerical time, or above or below a specific clerical time.
Processing time: Search for calls with a specific processing time, or above or below a specific processing time.
On-hold time: Search for calls with a specific on-hold time, or above or below a specific on-hold time.
Agent: Search the calls made by a specific agent, or all agents.
Sample list: Search the calls made for a specific sample list, or all agents.
Task: Search the calls made for a specific task, or all tasks.
Inbound: Search for inbound calls (yes), outbound calls (no), or both.
Inbound groups: Search the calls made to a specific inbound group, or all inbound groups.
Outbound group: Search the calls made to a specific outbound group, or all outbound groups.
DID: Search for calls made with a specific direct inward dialling number, or calls with a greater or lower direct inward dialling number than the one specified.
CLI: Search for calls made with a specific caller line identification, or calls made with a greater or lower caller line identification than the one specified.
Result code: Search for calls with a specific result code, or above or below a specific result code.
Subresult code: Search for calls with a specific subresult code, or above or below a specific result code.
Disconnect cause: Search for calls with a specific disconnect cause, or above or below a specific disconnect cause.
