Defining global alarm levels for Webprod

These alarms are applicable only when you are running WebProd linked to CCA.

To set global alarm levels for WebProd:

1. In the extra tab of the ribbon, select alarms.

2. Click the webprod tab.

3. Set the alarm properties, as described below.

The available properties are as follows:

• Number of connections is below: The alarm will be triggered when the number of connections between CCA and WebProd falls below the specified number.

  Normally, this would be set to the number of instances of Weprod you have connected to CCA. So this value would be 1 where you are running one instance of CCA and one of WebProd. If you are running two instances of WebProd linked to one CCA, you should set the value to 2. Then you will be notified if one of the WebProd connections is lost.

• WebProd version check: The alarm will be triggered if the version of askiaext.dll (from WebProd) and the version of askcmnU.dll (from CCA) are different.

• WebProd error when updating with new content: The alarm will be triggered if a task link in WebProd is updated with an incorrect working copy.
