A condition specifies a particular value, or range of values, that is compared to the data present in a specific field. A condition is used when determining what information will appear in a report, and as such is a component part of a report filter. Depending on the structure of the condition, the condition will be satisfied if the data is either
in the field.
Within a condition, data fields and values are compared using comparison operators. Conditions may be combined using logical operators.
Examples of conditions:
Agent = John Smith
satisfied if the agent entering the data was John Smith
