Use this feature to associate skills with data imported into the survey task from its sample list file(s).
To access this feature, right-click a task and select associate skills. The associate skills window appears:
For example, suppose we have a multi-lingual survey task which needs to be conducted in English and French. The skills "FR" and "ENG" have been defined in the CCA and assigned to agents as appropriate. The .QES file for the survey task contains a closed question called "Language", which contains the response items English and French. An import on "Language" retrieves the respondent's details from the survey task's sample list(s). To enable the CCA to automatically dispatch addresses to the correctly skilled agents, we must associate "ENG" with "English" and "FR" with "French". To do so, simply select the response "English" in "Language", click Ins and select "ENG".
