AskiaFace for Windows interface

The AskiaFace for Windows interface appears as follows:

The following commands are available:

• Survey: Allows you to select a survey (commands such as new, modify and quotas will take effect on the selected survey).

• New: Opens a new interview for the questionnaire selected in the survey list:
  

• Modify: Allows you to edit a complete or incomplete interview for the questionnaire selected in the survey list. In the dialog that appears, select the interview you want to modify and click/tap Modify.
  
  Notes

  • Interviews with filenames that have a .dat suffix are completed. Interviews without this suffix are incomplete.

  • For each interview, the dialog indicates the date, time and hour of the last entry/modification.

• Quotas: Allows the agent to check the quotas for any available survey. See viewing quotas on the interviewing device for details.

• Connect: Connects to AskiaFace CCA, using the default configured connection details:
  

• Message: Displays the message dialog, where the agent can read and send mails (with attachments) from/to Supervisor and CCA.
  

• Manage: Displays the settings window. See configuring askiaface for details.

• Log: Opens the log file, which displays the history of each connection made to AskiaFace CCA.
  
  Note: You can filter by date range (select the start date and end date).
