Conducting an interview (AskiaFace for Android)

To start an interview, locate the survey in the survey list, then tap  new interview :

The interviewing screen appears:

Use the various on-screen controls to record the respondent's answers. You can navigate through the questionnaire with the back and next buttons:

Abandoning an interview

You can abandon an in-progress interview by tapping in the top left corner.

An alert appears:

• Abandon: the interview will be abandoned, and all collected data for this interview will be deleted from the device.
• Cancel: resumes the interview.
• Save: the interview will be paused, and all collected data for this interview will be saved on the device until it is either completed or deleted.

Completing an interview

When you complete the last question of a survey, you are prompted with the following alert:

Respond to the alert as follows:

• New interview: immediately begin a new interview.

• Cancel: return to the list of available surveys.
