Use this function (reached by right-clicking a sample list, and selecting appointments..., or right-clicking in the quota availability window and selecting show appointments) to view and administrate any appointments pending for individuals in the selected sample list. The appointments window appears.

Use the left-hand pane to browse through the different dates and appointments. Note that out-of-quota appointments (quota closed) are displayed in red. Appointments for "agent only" end with a *.
Once you have selected a specific appointment, its details are displayed on the right-hand side, indicating:
Agent: The agent who will handle this appointment (click to change it).
For this agent only: If selected, your actions (e.g. assigning the appointment or cancelling it) will be applied to the agent selected in agent, and no other.
Date: The date of this appointment (click to change it).
Time: The time of this appointment (click to change it).
Importance: The appointment's priority level (click to change it).
Properties: Details of this appointment's corresponding address from the sample list.
Message: Comments or instructions which will be displayed to the agent handling the appointment immediately prior to his/her making the call (click to change them).
After you have modified an appointment’s details, click update.
The context (right-click) menu contains the following commands:
Show all: Display all appointments.
Show for selected agent: Display all appointments for the selected agent.
Refresh: Display current details in the list.
Set interval time: Change the frequency with which the list is updated - 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, half an hour, 1 hour or 3 hours.
Set to agent...: Set the selected appointment to a specific agent.
Export to ASCII...: Export the list in ASCII format.
