To add a new interface language:
1. Go to the configuration page.
2. Select the language administration tab.
3. Specify the name of the new language you wish to add, and click submit.
4. You now can access the new language's interface text labels, which are categorized in four sections. To translate a label, simply type your translation and click the label's 
button, or click the section's save all modifications button.
